Something I’ve been dreaming about for Oak & Co. is finally happening — and I’m so excited to tell you about it.
Starting June 18th, I’m hosting Coffee + Clarity — a free monthly gathering at The Roasting Route Coffee House here in Fort Mill. It’s casual. It’s intentional. And it’s built around one simple idea: that everyone deserves access to an honest money conversation without it feeling like a sales appointment.
Here’s how it works
There’s no agenda except yours.
When you register, you’ll have the option to share a question in advance — something you’ve been sitting on, something that’s been keeping you up at night, something you’ve never quite known who to ask. You don’t have to submit one, but it helps me make sure the conversation is actually useful to the people in the room.
When you arrive, plan to come a few minutes early. Grab your favorite drink at the counter — coffee, tea, whatever you love — then come find me. I’ll have a seat saved at the table. The conversation is free. The coffee is on you. 😊
From there, we just talk. About budgeting. About retirement. About whether you should pay off debt or invest. About whatever is on your mind as it relates to money. No presentation. No pitch. No pressure.
Why spaces are limited
Each month, I intentionally keep Coffee + Clarity small.
This isn’t a seminar. It’s a conversation. I want everyone in the room to have a real opportunity to share what’s on their mind — and that only works when the group is intimate enough for people to actually feel comfortable. When you grab your spot, you’re not just reserving a seat. You’re helping make the room what it’s supposed to be.
Who it’s for
If you live or work in the Fort Mill area and you’ve ever wished you could just ask a financial question without it turning into something more than you were ready for — this is for you.
If you’re just starting out and feeling behind, come. If you’re further along and want a gut check, come. If you’re somewhere in the middle and not sure what you don’t know, definitely come. Bring a friend. Bring a spouse. Bring the coworker who’s been talking about getting their finances together for two years.
